Each 33gms sachet of NatrimS served to replace one meal. One sachet contained about 80 kcal of energy. Low calorie of NatrimS helps in the restricting the calorie intake per meal. With the recommended meal replacement of two meals a day, this would reduce your energy intake by 600 – 800 kcal.

Micronutrients such as above are essential in maintaining a normal body function and in preventing malnourishment. Each sachet contained about 30% of your daily micronutrients needs.
Proprietary Protein and Fiber Blend
NatrimS contained a special blend of milk and soy proteins with soy fiber and pectin that works on supplying the body of the needed protein for tissues repair and fiber that helps in giving a satiety feeling. Each sachet contains more than 10 grams of protein and approximately 1.4 grams of dietary fibers.
Lecithin
Excess body fat must be burned in the lean body mass namely muscles. Lecithin plays a major role in transporting and freeing the fats from adipose tissues and transportation of the fats to be burn in the muscle. Direction of use
Mix 1 sachet (33g) with 1 glass of (250ml) of room temperature water, shake well and consume immediately.
Use 1 sachet serving to replace a meal (preferably breakfast or lunch), or 2 sachet servings to replace 2 meals. You must eat one balance meal daily.
Drink plenty of water to replace reduced water intake from fewer meals. Avoid high energy density food, highly refined and sugar rich food.
